Sponsoring agents

What your sponsored agents get (and what stays theirs)

Exactly what sponsorship shares, and what always remains the agent’s own.

Sponsorship is deliberately narrow: you supply the rates, and the agent keeps their own identity. This is what makes it safe to sponsor agents from other brokerages.

What you supply

  • Your rate schedule and fees pre-fill the agent’s sheets when they work in your state.

  • Optionally, a paid seat if you choose to fund one.

What stays the agent’s own

  • Their own account and login.

  • Their own logo and contact details on every PDF they send.

  • Their own state, which always governs which taxes apply — so a Florida title company sponsoring a Georgia agent still produces correct Georgia sheets.

  • Every net sheet they have saved, before or during sponsorship.

Good to know: Because the agent keeps their own brand, your logo never appears on their client-facing sheets. Sponsorship shares numbers, not identity.
