Setting up a sponsor workspace
Turn your title-company or lender account into a branded workspace the agents you sponsor can build net sheets under.
A sponsor workspace is your branded space inside Net Sheets App. Agents you sponsor keep their own account and their own saved sheets, but the net sheets they build under your workspace carry your rate defaults and a co-branded link back to you.
What you set up once
Claim and brand your public page — logo, colors, and tagline (see “Claim and brand your page”).
Load your fees and rate schedule so sponsored agents start from your numbers, not generic defaults.
Add your pre-approval or order-title link, which becomes the co-branded button on their sheets.
Invite the agents you work with — one at a time or a whole roster at once.
Good to know: Sponsoring an agent never touches their account. They keep their own branding and every sheet they have saved, and if the relationship ends they lose nothing — your workspace simply stops applying.
An agent can belong to more than one workspace. When they do, they pick which workspace is active; your branding shows on the sheets they build while yours is the one selected.
